On March 27, 2024, Drucella Jackson departed this earth and immediately arrived at her new home in Heaven. She is now with our Heavenly Father and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Drucella was 91 years of age.

She will be reunited with her husband, Charles Eugene Jackson; parents, Walter Hill Keaton and Fannie Mae (nee Moses) Keaton; brothers, Louis, Howard, Fred, Lynn, and Nellus; and other family and friends.

Drucella will be lovingly missed by her surviving children, Charles, Wendell, Eric, and Celeste Barnette; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at North Morganton Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Garner officiating. Burial will follow at Burke Memorial Park.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
