Alexander “Alex” Emanuel Miguel

Alexander “Alex” Emanuel Miguel aka Mr. Ahhhhh, 33, of Morganton, NC passed away, Sunday, January 31, 2021. Born on December 13, 1987, he was the son of Eduardo Gaspar and Dolores Manuel. Alex was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching sports including the Lakers and Dodgers. Alex loved to hike, sit by the fire, to travel, going to the gym and walking on the Stairmaster.

In addition to his parents, Alex is survived by his brother, Edward Lopez; sisters, Magdalena Gaspar and Katie Gaspar; the Gaspar, Ramirez, and Bautista families; grandparents; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 5pm until 7:30pm, Thursday, February, 4, 2021 at Murray Hall at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. The private family Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 in the church with Father Ken. A committal service will be held at 2:30pm, Friday, at Burke Memorial Park for friends and family to attend.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church to help support the family.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to Father Ken, and Gail Watson.
