Ann Marie Causby

Ann Marie Causby, 34, of Meadowbrook Dr., Burlington, NC died Friday, February 9, 2007 at Alamance Hospital in Burlington. She was born June 2, 1972 in Burke County, NC, and was a daughter of Thelma H. Edwards of Morganton and the late Van Young Edwards. She was a member of Zion Baptist Church and an employee of Gold Toe-Moretz Company in Burlington.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Brian Causby of the home; daughters, Elizabeth, Kathleen, and Rebecca Causby, all of the home; brothers, Van Steve Edwards, Harlon Wade Edwards, and Carl Eugene Edwards, all of Morganton; sisters, Kathy Coleman and Flora Edwards, both of Morganton; an adopted brother, Chris Edwards of Morganton; and her maternal grandmother, Lela Hodge of Morganton.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 15, 2007 at Zion Baptist Church with Rev. David Orders officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2:30 until 4:00 pm at the church. Sossoman Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
