Arnold Freeman, 66, of Murphy, NC, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Born in Jupiter, FL on July 31, 1958, he was the son of the late John Freeman and Bertha Hoover Freeman.
Arnold was born with an innate talent for carpentry and spent his life perfecting his craft. Outside of his work, Arnold found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, spending countless hours in the solace of nature. The great outdoors was his sanctuary, a place where he felt most alive and free. Above all, Arnold was a devoted father who adored his children.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Linda Diane Duncan Freeman; children, Kayla LaPerriere (Derek), Jonathan Freeman (Harley), and Monique Freeman (Heather); grandchildren, Brianne, Donovan, Declan, Sophia, Jonathan Jr., and Iris; brothers, Junior, Charlie, and Scott Freeman; sister, Debbie Lessard and Kathy Freeman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Arnold’s life will be held at a later date in Florida.
