Bobby Lee Woody, 54 of Morganton died Friday, Dec. 26, 2014 at his residence. Born January 15, 1960 in Mitchell County, NC, he was a son of Nancey Lee Jones Mull of Morganton. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Allen Woody. For many years, he was an employee of Henredon Furniture Company.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Lynn Willson Woody of the home; a daughter, Brandi Woody of the home; and sisters, Sandra Ann Woody and Stacey Lynn Woody both of Morganton.
A gathering of friends and sharing of memories will be held at 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 2, 2015 at Salem United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. In order to assist with final expenses, memorial gifts may be made to Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.
