Brady Murrell Goodman

Brady Murrell Goodman, 68, of Connelly Springs died Sunday, January 28, 2018.  Born in Burke County, NC on July 11, 1949, he was the son of the late Sidney Hugh Goodman and Charslie Elizabeth Goins Goodman.  Brady was a member of Hildebrand View Baptist Church.  He enjoyed working outside and on small engines.

Mr. Goodman is survived by his wife, Sherry Hudson Goodman of the home; son, Allen Goodman of Morganton; daughter, April Goodman Cook and husband, Ricky, of Connelly Springs; grandchildren, Isaiah Goodman, Jasmine Farris, Kenzie Cook, and Eli Cook; and brother, Grady Goodman and wife, Juanita, of Connelly Springs.

In addition to his parents, Brady was preceded in death by 3 brothers.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.  The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Hildebrand View Baptist Church with the Rev. Blaine Hudson and the Rev. Tim Dockery officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  At other times the family will be at the home on Baptist Camp Road.
