Carl William Smith

Carl William Smith, 61, of Morganton, NC passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. Born on April 21, 1958, he was the son of Lucy Mae Ford Denton and the late James Bernard Smith. Carl was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Carl is survived by his brother, Randy Smith (Bettie); sister, Becky Henry (Steve); niece, Jessica Schweikert; nephew, Jeremy Henry; great-nieces, Alli Henry and Lily McCann.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00, Saturday October 26, 2019 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 in the church with the Dr. Larry Cline officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
