Carol Faye Patton, 52, of Morganton, NC, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022. Born in Burke County, NC on June 29, 1969, she was the daughter of Kenneth Ray Patton and Alma Jean Sheets Patton. Faye enjoyed knitting and crocheting, and she loved all animals.
In addition to her parents, Faye is survived by her son, Damion Patton (Carmen); siblings, Darrell Ray Patton (Tania), Elizabeth Ann Powell (Charles), Ellen Jeanine Harris (Richard), and Joshua Owen Patton (Allie); a number of nieces and nephews; and her companion, Leonard “Junior” Quinn.
A private family service will be held for Faye.
Memorial contributions may be made to Burke County Friends for Animals.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
