Chelsee was my former Sister in law and I had known her since she was 11. The one thing that I can honestly say is that the whole time I knew her, no matter what was happening, or how things were going, she ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS had a smile and a positive outlook. She was so sweet to her niece and nephews and she loved her sister Brandy dearly. To Randy and Connie, I offer you my deepest sympathies and most sincere condolences. You are both wonderful people who loved and cared for her immensely. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I dated Chelsea in 2009. I can still remember the night we met at Eduardos apartment off sixforks Rd. She was a loving soul and brought happiness to many people. She was a good person who always had a good place in my heart. See you on the other side doll face.

This breaks my heart. Chelsee shined as bright as the sun! She was a walking, talking piece of art...radiant on the outside and even more beautiful within! My deepest condolences to her family and friends. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
