Connie Paulk Guerrero, 51, of Connelly Springs, NC passed away in her sleep in the early hours on Sunday, June 22, 2014. Born in Tampa, FL on June 12, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Lena Rose Rayburn Eaton. Connie worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant with Catawba Valley Medical Services and was loved by her family.
Connie is survived by her children, Amanda Hernandez and her husband, Isaac, of Tampa, FL, James Lopez of Ruskin, FL, Roberto Lopez of Morganton, and Rachel Lopez of Morganton; grandchildren, Anthony and Dominick Hernandez, Hunter and Hailey Lopez, and Jaxon Lopez; her fiancé, Bobby Gosnell; brothers, Walter and Dennis; a sister, Starlet; and several nephews and nieces.
In addition to her mother, Connie was preceded in death by a sister, Marie.
The memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2014 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center with Pastor Jimmy White officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 until 5:00 p.m. prior to the service.
