Dan Michaud

Daniel “Dan” Eugene Michaud, 63, of Morganton, NC passed away Friday, December 28, 2018.  Born January 7, 1955 in Worcester County, Massachusetts, he was a son of Alberie Michaud and the late Henriette Suzanne Thieullent Michaud.  Dan was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of North Morganton United Methodist Church.

Mr. Michaud is survived by his wife, Denise Metsger Michaud; son, Kenneth Michaud and wife, Jennifer of Walnut Cove, NC; daughter, Laura Michaud of Raleigh, NC; and granddaughter, Sophie Michaud.  Also surviving are his father, Alberie Michaud; brother, Gerard Michaud and wife, Flory; and sisters, Christine Tsantinis and Denise Carey.

The celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 5, 2019 at North Morganton United Methodist Church with the Rev. Burt Williams officiating.  Military honors provided by the United States Air Force and Caldwell County Veterans Honor Guard.

Memorial contributions may be made to North Morganton United Methodist Church, Carolina Caring, or Tiger World.
