Daniel Walker

Daniel Walker, 45, of Morganton, NC passed away, Saturday, January 15, 2022. Born in Charleston, SC on January 27, 1976, he was the son of Donna Jennings and the late Bill Greene. Daniel loved fishing, cooking, laughing and cutting up with others. He enjoyed being with his family.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Anita Walker; son, Bailey Walker (Brittany); daughter, Lara Brooks (Cole); grandchildren, Coltin and Caroline Brooks; sisters, Tracy Smith (Ken), Rebekah Steel; brothers, Todd, Willie, Travis and Eric Greene; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Daniel is preceded in death by his grandparents and many other loved ones.

The family will receive friends from 1pm until 2pm, Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Sossoman Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with the Pastor Patrick Bradshaw officiating. Burial will follow at Burke Memorial Park.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
