Danny Gray Peacock

Danny Gray Peacock, 64, of Hickory, NC passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Born September 7, 1957 in Gaston County, he was a son of the late Kenneth Lee Peacock and Jonell Pressley Peacock Miller.

Danny was a loving Pawpaw. His grandkids said, “He loved us more than NASCAR.”

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Cindy Poole Peacock; sons, Daniel Peacock (Mary) and Phillip “Phil” Peacock (Cassie); grandchildren, Levi, Emory, Ella, Sutton, and Macy; brothers, Darrell Peacock (Patricia) and Wayne Peacock (Renee); sisters, Gail Gilbert (Johnny) and Janice Hall (Joe); and many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Danny’s life will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, Miller Bridge Road, Connelly Springs, with Rev. Eric James officiating assisted by Rick Hildebran.

The family will receive friends following the service.
