Danny Ray Miller, 63, of Morganton passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018. Born on April 10, 1955 he is the son of the late J.D. Miller and Georgia Henson. He was a loving husband and father who loved his family and enjoyed to fish.
Danny is survived by his sons, Chris, Derrick, Casey, Kevin Miller; grandaughter, Abi Miller; brothers David Miller (Terrie) and Travis Roberts (Carla); uncle and aunt, Hylon and Betty Fox; cousin, Nick Fox, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Danny is preceded in death by his wife, Sue Lee Miller; brothers, Harvey Miller, Dennis Wycoff, and Wilbur Henson.
The family will receive friends form 1 until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. L. Elaine Hall and Rev. Kevin Crawford officiating. Burial will follow at Praise Assembly of God church cemetery.
