Dorothy Lorene Cheadle

Dorothy Lorene Cheadle, 58, of Morganton, NC died Saturday, April 26, 2014. Born in Garfield County, OK on August 3, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Ray Austin and Dorothy Lorene Cheadle. Dorothy enjoyed decorating the interior of her house.A loving mother and a loving Nana to her grandchildren, she is survived by her daughters, Latrice Williams and her husband, Fred, of Morganton and Katina Cheadle of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Imani, Ariyana, and Amare Williams, and Laterrian Cheadle; and sisters, Terri Johnson and Penny Flynn, both of Oklahoma.In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by a son, Shaunta Cheadle; and two brothers, Danny and Ray Cheadle.Services are pending and will be announced later.Memorial contributions may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc., 1721 Enon Road, Valdese, NC 28690.Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
