Ed Wilson, 76, of Morganton, NC, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019. Born on May 19, 1943 he was the son of the late Edward and Ollie Wilson. Ed retired from Mac Truck Manufacturing Plant in Winnsboro, SC. He was very outgoing and never met a stranger. Ed loved the outdoors, horseback riding, camping and loved Public TV.
Ed is survived by his daughter, JoAnn Fatehnia (Ahmad); grandchildren, Ali E. Fatehnia (Angie), Reza H. Fatehnia, and Felicia M. Fatehnia; great-grandchildren, Sirus, Edward, and Noah Fatehnia.
In addition to his parents, Ed is preceded in death by his brother, Cornell Wilson.
The family will have a service at a later date.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
