Elizabeth Tiffany Edwards, 24, died Monday, April 2, 2018. Born in Burke County, NC on August 15, 1993, she was the daughter of Carl Eugene Edwards and Heather Joanna Hutchins Edwards of Morganton. She was a loving mother.
In addition to her parents, Elizabeth is survived by her children, Caleb Aiden Washburn, Christopher William Whaley, Jr., and Clara FloraMarie Whaley; siblings, Van Martin Edwards, Jennifer Cheryl Norton, Nathaniel Eugene Edwards, and Clara Joanna Edwards; and her boyfriend, Christopher William Whaley.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her grandparents, Van Young Edwards and Clara Thelma Edwards.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday, April 9, 2018 at Zion Baptist Church. The funeral will be held at 12 p.m. in the church with the Rev. Keith Rose officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Sossoman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 2608, Morganton, NC 28680 to assist with funeral expenses.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
