We were sorry ro learn about Ernie. He was always a pleasure to see and spend time with at family gatherings. He will be missed and thought of with a smile. Prayers to his daughters and their families. Wish we could attend, but my parents are getting up in age, too, and it be impossible to get there in their current state of health. Lots of love and best wishes.

Dear Krista and other family, I’m so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. The last time I saw Ernie he was coming out of a restaurant in Hickory and I was going in. We hugged each other for a long time, and I’m so glad we had that time together to get caught up on each other’s lives! I want so much to be at receiving friends and the funeral, but I’m in very bad health and bedfast. If you have anything printed, would you send it to me, please? Donnie Honeycutt, P. O. Box 373, Drexel, NC. 28619-0373 You’re all in my prayers 🙏🏼
