Flonnie Beal Anderson

Flonnie Beal Anderson, 89, of Morganton, NC died Monday, February 18, 2013. Born in Cincinnati, OH on December 22, 1923, she was the daughter of the late James Elmer Beal and Stella Meadors Beal. Flonnie was a member of Table Rock Seventh-day Adventist Church. For many years she owned and operated the Johnston Rest Home on Adventist Circle.Flonnie is survived by her brother, Ray Arthur Beal of Ohio; nephews, Delmar Beal and Billy Beal, both of Ohio; a niece, Sherry Sons and her husband, John, of Ohio; and her close friend and caregiver, Faye Acuff and her husband, Howard Bumgarner, of Morganton;

In addition to her parents, Flonnie was preceded in death by her husband, James Scott Anderson, and a sister, Vera Powell.The funeral will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 21, 2013 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with Faye Acuff and Billy Arnett officiating. Burial will follow in the Seventh-day Adventist Cemetery.
