Frances Branch Honeycutt

Frances Branch Honeycutt, 67, of Morganton, NC passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. Born on January 23, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Clifton and Bertha Branch. Frances was a member of Burkemont Baptist Church. She loved her children and grandchildren. Frances loved to watch old Westerns and going to the mountains.

Frances is survived by her daughters, Renee Honeycutt (Warren Pack), Wendy Honeycutt (Anthony Corpening); grandchildren, Nicholas Carswell, Alyssa Thompson, Gavin Corpening; siblings, Willa Dean Piercy (Johnny), David Branch (Tonnie), Mary Fredell; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Edward Honeycutt; brother, Ray Hicks.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, Monday, October 28, 2019 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Burkemont Baptist Church with the Revs. Eddie Bunton and Luke Lane officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
