Frances Evelyn Burleson

Frances Evelyn Burleson, 85, of Crossnore, NC died Saturday, November 23, 2013. She was born in Crossnore on October 23, 1928 and was the daughter of the late Stokes A. Burleson and Lucille H. Burleson.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rev. Jerry C. Burleson.Frances is survived by her sister-in-law, Gail S. Burleson of Crossnore; nephew, Jerry G. Burleson of Crossnore; nieces, Carla G. Burleson of Swannanoa and Angela B. Miller and husband, Tim Miller, of Crossnore; and a great-niece, Emily E. Miller of Swannanoa.Graveside services will be held at a later date.Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
