Garland "Ralph" Goins

Garland “Ralph” Goins, 78, of Connelly Springs, died Sunday, January 21, 2018.  Ralph was born June 25, 1939 to the late Andrew Joseph Goins and Tessie Mae Chapman Goins.

In addition to his parents Ralph was preceded in death by his sisters, Mattie Marie Chapman and Essie Chapman; and brother, Romey Goins.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Barbara Phillips Goins; step-son, Roger Kincaid and his wife, Debbie; and sister, Claira Chapman.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.  A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at White Pine Cemetery in Newland, NC.
