Georgia Mack Mathews Revis

Georgia Mack Mathew Revis, 83, of Morganton, NC died Wednesday, December 6, 2017.  Born on October 24, 1934 in Burke County, she was a daughter of the late Theodore Mathews and Myrtle V. Houck Mathews.  She was a charter member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Mrs. Revis is survived by her sons, Barry Revis and wife, Susan and Doug Revis and wife, Marilyn all of Morganton and grandchildren, Grace, J. C. and Jake Revis all of Morganton.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Revis was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Calvin Revis; sons, Jerry and Blake Revis; and siblings, Charles Mathews, Margie Brown, JoAnne Williams, Ora Orders and Paul Simmons.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 9 at Friendship Baptist Church.  The funeral will follow at 3:00 in the church with Rev. Phil King officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
