Glenda Ann Walters, 75 of Morganton, NC passed away, Saturday, May 14, 2022. Born on August 28, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Glen and Nettie Allen. Glenda was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
Glenda is survived by her daughter, Danette Walters Setzer (Jason); grandchildren, Diamond Young (Jamie), Grace Price, Dawson Setzer, Adrianna Setzer; great-grandchild, Trent Young; siblings, Gerald Allen (Stanlena), Mary Pittman; sister-in-law, Carolyn Walters, Donna Pearson (Brian); and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2pm until 3pm, Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. The funeral service will begin at 3pm in the church with the Rev. Kelley Dotson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity dear to her heart, Amorem Hospice.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
