Herman “Butch” Hildebran, 59 of Morganton, NC passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022. Born in Catawba County, NC, on February 15, 1963, he was the son of the late Herman Hildebran and Rebecca Ann Edney.
Butch was a member of Mt. Home Baptist Church in Morganton, NC. He was a material handler for 11 years at Valdese Weavers. He enjoyed reading, science fiction and playing videogames. Butch was a simple man who enjoyed living a simple life.
Butch is survived by his brother James Hemmings (Becky Carol Weedman) of Morganton; sister Susan Yvonne Arndt (Wally) of Arkansas; nephews, Jon Arndt (Julie) and Derek Arndt (Tristin); nieces, Lacey Day (Nathan) and Ellen Marie Pritchard.
