James "Doug" Warlick

James "Doug" Warlick, 52, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 18, 2009, at Grace Hospital. He was born in Burke County on December 30, 1956 and was a son of the late Richard Zane Warlick and Marie Coffey Warlick. Doug was a graduate of Freedom High School and was an employee of Caterpillar. He was raised in the Methodist faith.Surviving are his wife of 14 years, Ronda Faye Bradshaw, of the home; his son, Seth Allen Warlick; brothers and their wives, Dean and Debbie Warlick and Dennis and Frances Warlick, all of Morganton; and a number of nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents Doug was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Denise Warlick.A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Mountain Grove United Methodist Chuch with the Rev. Neal F. Brantley, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
