Jean Lonon Patton

Jean Lonon Patton, 91, of Morganton, NC passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Grace Ridge Health Care Center. Born December 17, 1929 in McDowell County, NC, she was a daughter to the late William Edgar Lonon and Julia Bertha Hicks Lonon. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church and retired from Southern Devices in Morganton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Arthur Patton; brothers, Gordon, Algia, and Ivory Lonon; and sisters, Alice Crooks, Gladys Lail Smith, and Pauline Lonon.

Mrs. Patton is survived by her brother, Roy Lonon and many nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2018 at Burke Memorial Park with Rev. Michael Costner officiating.
