Jeffery Wayne Collins, 25, of Morganton, NC died Thursday, October 14, 2010. Born in Yadkin County, NC on November 13, 1984, he was the son of Howard Wayne Collins, Jr. of Hamptonville, NC, Linda Vestal Varela of Morganton, and step-mother, Vickie Shaw, of Winston-Salem, NC.In addition to his parents, Jeffery is survived by his wife, Allison Boyd Collins of WI; a son, Clint Thomas Collins of WI; daughters, Hailey Marie Collins of WI and Brianna Nicole Collins of Maiden, NC; brothers, Bradley Anthony Narron of Hickory, NC and Timmy Andrew Dewitt of Winston-Salem, NC; sisters, Brandy Lee Collins of Yadkinville, NC and Justice Marie Collins of Salisbury, NC; a step-brother, Andrew Joyce; a step-sister, Nicole Denton of Tobaccoville, NC; and grandparents, Howard Wayne Collins, Sr. and wife, Martha, of Hamptonville and Phyllis Morin of Connelly Springs, NC.Jeffery was preceded in death by a son, Taylor Damon Collins, and a grandmother, Carol Cox Gill.The funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 16, 2010 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Lovitt officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Burke Memorial Park. At other times the family will be at the residence of the mother, 406 A Center St., Morganton. Memorial contributions may be made to Sossoman Funeral Home, P.O.
