Jeffrey Neal Clark

Jeffrey Neal Clark, 59, of Morganton passed away Monday, January 20, 2020.  Born in Burke County, NC on June 21, 1960, he was the son of the late Luther Clark and Kathleen Baker Clark.  Jeffrey was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.  He graduated from Winthrop University with a bachelor of the arts degree.  He worked as an administrative assistant for the Burke County Health Department, Byrd, Byrd, and Ervin Law Firm, and several other law firms across the state.  He enjoyed shopping for antiques and cooking.

Jeffrey is survived by his life-partner, Thomas Stupka of the home; sister, Tamara Williams (Albert) of Florida; nephews, Brandon Abee (Casey) and Dalton Abee (Miranda); niece, Cierra Pritchard (Jarrod); great-nieces, Penelope Abee, Payton Abee, and Peyton Abee; and numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.

The funeral will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Grace Episcopal Church with Rev. Marshall Jolly and Rev. Dcn. Michael Jenkins officiating.  The family will greet friends in the church’s parish hall following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, 303 S. King Street, Morganton, NC 28655.
