Jeremy Cameron Phillips

Jeremy Cameron Phillips, 24, of Morganton, died unexpectedly Thursday, September 9, 2010. Jeremy was born October 7, 1985 in Logan County, West Virginia to Nina Kessler Phillips. He was a graduate of Freedom High School and employed as a health care technician at Broughton Hospital and formerly at J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center.In addition to his mother, Jeremy is survived by a sister, Taylor Suzanne Phillips of Morganton, maternal grandmother, Virginia Kessler of Chapmanville, WV, a large extended family including five uncles and five aunts and numerous cousins. Jeremy leaves behind many friends with whom he enjoyed their companionship.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, at Freeman Funeral Home in Chapmanville, West Virginia with burial to follow in the Kessler Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Sossoman Funeral Home.
