Johnny Lee Johnson

Johnny Lee Johnson, 53, of Morganton, NC died Friday, August 26, 2016. Born in Burke County, NC on March 2, 1963, he was the son of the late Forrest Johnson and Edith Stamey Jones. He loved to fish and work on cars.
Johnny is survived by his son, Jesse Raymond Johnson; grandchildren, Adriel Wilkerson, Mashayla Wilkerson, and Janiah Johnson; a brother, Gene Johnson; a niece, Ruthie Johnson Reynolds; a nephew, Dustin Johnson; and his girlfriend, Alice “Cricket” Clark.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William Johnson.
A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Souls Harvest Ministries in Valdese, with the receiving 30 minutes prior to the service.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
