Jonathan "Luke" Heavner, infant son of John Lewis Heavner and Erica Lewis Heavner of Valdese, NC went home to Jesus on Friday, March 21, 2014. He was born in Burke County on January 10, 2014.In addition to his parents, Luke is survived by his brother, L. J. Heaver; sisters, Breanna Heavner and Trystan Warren; paternal great-grandparents, Paul Keller and Joyce Heavner; maternal great-grandparents, Jon and Wilma Lewis; paternal grandparents, Robert and Fran Heavner; uncles and aunts, Christie Coleman, Hunter Haynes, Jordan Buff, Zane Buff, Jodie Buff, Whitney Setzer, and Bobby Heavner; and several cousins.The graveside service will be held at 2:30pm, Monday, March 24, 2014 at Hillcrest Cemetery with the Rev. John Smiley officiating. The family will receive friends at Sossoman Funeral Home from 1-2pm prior to the service.
