Joseph "Joe" Fowler, 49, of Morganton died Thursday, June 10, 2010.A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, at Smart’s Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
