Joseph “Joe” Wise, 67, of Morganton, NC went to his Heavenly Home on Saturday, November 14, 2015 after a brief illness. Born in New York on August 7, 1947, he was the son of the late Glen Wise and Katherine Daniels Wise. Joe graduated from the North Carolina School for the Deaf. He attended many churchs where he enjoyed signing and playing the piano. He was a very loving and giving person.
Joe is survived by his children, Rosa Wise and her husband, Jeff and Joe Leatherman and his wife, Cathy, all of Morganton; several grandchildren he loved dearly; brother, Danny Wise and his wife, Lisa, of Morganton and Marty Wise and his companion, Donna, of Robbinsville, NC; a sister-in-law, Loretta Wise; and several nephews and nieces.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his first wife, Becky Wise; his second wife, Debbie Wise; and a brother, Randy Wise.
No services are scheduled for Mr. Wise.
