Joshua Arron Preston

Joshua Arron Preston, 24, of Morganton went home to be with his Lord, Friday, July 20, 2012. He was born October 30, 1987 in McMinn County Tennessee to Robert Allen Preston and Lola Marie Peck Preston.In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Mary Painter Preston; children, Caleb Andrew Preston and Ella Marie Preston; brothers Robert Bradley "Brad" Preston of Asheville and William "Eric" Preston and wife, Rachel Pitts Preston of Morganton; grandparents, Leroy and Hyla Preston of Orlando, FL and Ray and Victoria Santagata of Etowah, TN; uncles, Randy Preston and wife, Barbara of Englewood, TN, Sgt. Scott Preston and wife, Charlotte of Fort Drum, NY and Matthew Peck and wife, Tracie of Morganton; mother-in-law, Debbie Painter of Morganton; sister-in-law, Michelle Benton and husband, Aaron of Morganton, and two nieces.A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday July 23, 2012 at Oak Hill United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Caleb and Ella Education Fund.
