Joyce Carolyn Cloer

Joyce Carolyn Cloer, 63, of Nebo passed away Monday, August 31, 2020.  Born in Cleveland County, NC on November 27, 1956, she was the daughter of Charles Alexander and Carolyn Johnson.

In addition to her parents, Joyce is survived by her husband, Mike Cloer; son, Alex Cloer; brothers, Tony, Jerry, and Kevin (Angie) Alexander; sister, Dana Batson (Scott); god-daughter, Katie Puckett (Tyler), and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Alexander.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Friendship Baptist Church, 408 Church Street, Morganton.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
