Judith Ann Grady

Judith Ann Grady, 72, of Messer Rd., Valdese, NC died Sunday, July 1, 2007 at Autumn Care of Drexel. She was born in Yancey Co., NC on April 25, 1935 and was a daughter of the late Bratch and Marion Autry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Grady; brothers, Jay, Clinas, and Howard Autry; and sisters, Edith Berry, Betty Duncan, and Molly Autry. Mrs. Grady retired from Broughton Hospital after thirty years of service and was a member of Enon Baptist Church.Surviving are her daughter, Sheilah Berry, and a granddaughter, Sable Adams, both of Valdese.The funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2007, at Enon Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Garner officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Sossoman Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
