Justin O. White

Justin O. White, 44, of Morganton died Saturday, June 22, 2019.  Born in Catawba County, NC on February 1, 1975, he was the son of Lewis Lee White (LaDonna) of Lexington, SC and Kathryn Yount Rhea (Thomas) of Hickory.  Justin was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Hickory.  He enjoyed traveling, playing Magic: The Gathering, and watching movies.

A beloved husband, father, and son and in addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his wife, Cindy Brittain White of the home; daughter, Abby Brittain; brother, Jacob Q. White (Megan) of Summerville, SC and Joseph P. White (LeeAnn) of Gaston, SC; three nephews; a niece; and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m., Friday, June 28, 2019 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.  A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel at Sossoman Funeral Home.  The family requests that friends wear a comic book, Magic: The Gathering, or Star Wars themed shirt in memory of Justin.  If any friends have a story or fond memory with Justin, please come prepared to share.  Burial will follow in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery on Watershed Road, Morganton.  At other times the family will be at the residence.
