Karen Anita Elderfield

Karen Anita Elderfield, 62, of Morganton, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, January 9, 2014. Born in Vanderburg County, IN, on July 13, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Jack Richard Elderfield and Gloria Earldeen Elderfield. Karen was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. She was a devout Christian who loved to read and was loved by everyone that knew her.Karen is survived by a brother, Richard Elderfield and his wife, Judy, of Morganton, sisters, Judy Day and her husband, Wyndall, of IN and Jackie George of TX.Karen was preceded in death by her parents.A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm, Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Mt.
