Keith Dale Tevepaugh

Keith Dale Tevepaugh, 59, of Morganton, NC, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 11, 1959 in Burke County to George Raymond Tevepaugh of Glen Alpine and the late Betty Louise Dale Tevepaugh. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Keith worked at Ice River Bottling Company. He loved being outdoors and swimming. He was a hard worker, along with having a superior business mind. He also loved his family tremendously.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny and Louise Dale.

Keith is survived by his daughter, Kary Tevepaugh Mason of Lenoir; son, Koby Dale Tevepaugh (Casey) of Morganton; sister, Regina Monn (Donald) of Texas; brother, Scottie Raymond Tevepaugh (Melissa) of Morganton; former wife, Phyllis Tevepaugh Solesby of Morganton; granddaughters, Jade and Kadence; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-7:30pm Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center. A graveside service will be at 12:00pm Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Gantt officiating.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory.
