Kim D. Trotterchaud

Kim D. Trotterchaud, 38, of Mt. Gilead Church Rd., Connelly Springs, NC died unexpectedly, at Grace Hospital, Thursday, May 24, 2007. Kim was born April 9, 1969 in Iredell Co. to the late William and Mary Trotterchaud. She attended Mt. Gilead Baptist Church and was a loving mother. She had a heart of gold, and spent her life helping others.Kim is survived by her husband, Curtis Lail of the home, sons, Matthew Hicks of Connelly Springs and Derrick Hicks of Union Grove, NC, one granddaughter, Madison Forsack of Statesville; a sister, Gayle Bradley and brothers, Tim Trotterchaud and Billy Hicks, all of Knoxville, TN., and her faithful canine friend "Honey".Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Sunday , May 27, 2007 at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Fulbright officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Saturday at Sossoman Funeral Home where the body will remain until placed in the church thirty minutes before the funeral hour..
