Larry Eugene Norville

Larry Eugene Norville, 71, of Morganton, NC went to his Heavenly Home, Wednesday, January 27, 2021. He was born on December 15, 1949 to the late Joseph Ray Norville and Neta Raye Taylor Norville. He was a member of Missionary Ridge Baptist Church. Larry was a loving husband, father and grandfather who put his family first and put God in his family. He was a father to one but a daddy to many. He loved to spend time with his family especially his great-grandkids.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by in-laws, Jimmie and Dossie Smith; sister-in-law, Lillian Norville; brothers-in-law, Richard Reid and Tom Smith.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Frances Smith Norville; daughter, Betty Norville Williams and husband, Bryan; grandchildren, Justin Andrew Williams, wife, Terra and son, Paxton, Amber Michelle Williams and daughter, Bella, Amber’s fiance, William Lingerfelt and their children, Willow and Damon, Cody Brown and Neil Post; brothers, Jimmy Norville (Judy), Doug Norville (Lynda), Harold Norville (Ruby); sisters, Helen Morrow (Deron) and Margaret Bradley (Ben); sisters-in-law, Susan Helms (Bill), Ruth Franklin (Gene); brother-in-law, Dwight Smith; chosen brothers, David and Tony Williams.

The graveside service for Larry will be at 2pm, Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Burke Memorial Park.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
