Ledia Dow, 85, of Morganton, NC, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023.
Born in Amarillo, TX on July 5, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Martin Crouch and Leora Baldwin Crouch.
Ledia was raised in the Baptist faith. She worked as a secretary for the University of Texas and several other schools. She was a sassy person with a wonderful sense of humor, and she never met a stranger.
Ledia is survived by her daughter, Margaret Dow; son, Martin Dow, and granddaughter, Amanda Haddock.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Dow; and sister, Darla Black.
No services are planned at this time.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
