Linda Seagle Miller

Linda Seagle Miller, 63, of Morganton, NC, went to her heavenly home on Friday, September 28, 2007 at Carolina Rehab of Burke following a period of declining health. She was born on April 16, 1944 in Burke County and was the daughter of the late Gorman Seagle and Belle Epley Seagle. Linda was a life-long member of Calvary Baptist Church.Linda is survived by her daughter, Deana Barrier and her husband, Randy, of Morganton; her grandson, "the light of her life," McCartney Barrier; a son, Jody Gibby; a brother, Danny Seagle of Morganton; and a nephew, Erik Seagle of Morganton.The memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 30, 2007 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral. Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund, 407 South Green Street, Morganton, NC 28655. Sossoman Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
