“To sisters, their mom is their first best friend. The person who teaches them what a woman should be. The first person to wipe their tears when afraid or hurt. The first person to tell her girls how beautiful and special they are. To sisters, their mother is invincible. She wasn’t just our mom, she was our teacher, nurse, mentor, our dearest and closest friend. She was our rock that we could lean on, a shoulder to cry on, a sweet awesome grandma. She was a person we had dreamed of being when we were little. She taught us how to never take things for granted. She was the type of person that was that wasn’t afraid to stand up for what she believed in. To us, she was our super hero. She will always be missed and always will be in our hearts and soul. We love you so much mom!!” – from her daughters, Nicki & Salina
“She was always the type of person to think of others, so caring and loving. That’s the was I’ve seen her always so supportive. She always had something to say when we were talking, like my past or hers. Fond memories or even catching up on present day things. She always had to tell me a random fact about something we could go on for days if time let us, that is one of the things I love about grandma.” – from her grandsons, Christian & Doston.
Services will be held at a later date.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
