Marian Babette "Bab" Coleman, 50, of Drexel, NC died Sunday, September 12, 2010. Born on Dawson Air Force Base in SC on September 1, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Willa Mae Woody Suttles.Bab is survived by sons, Andrew Lyon and Dameron Lyon, both of Morganton, NC; brothers, James Arthur Lyon of Marion, NC and Rodney Woody of Drexel; sisters, Sharon Morrow of Morganton and Rhonda Lyon of Greenville, SC; and grandchildren, Kierra and Trevor Lyon.A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Laurel Havel Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Billy Chapman officiating. The family will receive friends at Sossoman Funeral Home on Thursday from 3:00 until 3:45 pm prior to the service.
