Marilyn Kay Rutherford, 60, of Morganton died Sunday, February 1, 2015. She was born in Catawba County, NC to Melvin Rutherford and the late Catherine Propst Rutherford. Marilyn was a member of Corpening Chapel AME Church. No services are planned at this time. Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
