Marion Francis MacLachlan

Marion Francis MacLachlan, 89, of Morganton, formerly of New York City, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012. Born in New York, NY on May 30, 1922, she was the daughter of the late William Dolezal and Emily Vesely Dolzeal. Marion retired from Jamaica Water Corporation in NY City. In 2006 she moved to NC to be with her family.Marion is survived by her son, William MacLachlan and wife, Marilyn, of Morganton; a grandson, William MacLachlan of Morganton; and a sister, Dorothy Tillman of New York.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Judith Rocco; a brother, William Dolezal; and sisters, Emily Hannula and Rosemary Federico.No services are planned at this time.
