Mark Stanley Lail

Mark Stanley Lail, 56, of Morganton died Sunday, May 20, 2018.  Born in Burke County, NC on June 29, 1961, he was the son of the late Joseph Vance Lail and Vernie Belle Hoyle Lail.

Mark was a member of Cross Memorial Baptist Church.  He retried from Western Carolina Center and Broughton Hospital with over 30 years of service.  He also worked at the Morganton ABC Store.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph A. Lail.

The graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, June 15, 2018 in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Jack Hodges officiating.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
