Mary Ellen Gault

Mary Ellen Gault, 85, of Morganton, NC passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012. Born in Littleton, NC on April 23,1926, she was the daughter of the late Clinton William Egerton and Rosa Lee Farrar Egerton. Mrs. Gault was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.She is survived by her husband, William S. Gault of the home; daughters, Lee Patterson and husband, Ken, of Staunton, VA and Ellen Bormann and husband, David, of Mooresville, NC; sisters, Gertrude May of Birmingham, AL and Anna Brown of Littleton, NC; and four grandchildren.No services are planned for Mrs. Gault. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Burke County Friends for Animals, PO Box 1884, Morganton, NC 28680.Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
